Paris Maya Ride allows users to book private transportation services through its online platform. By booking a ride, you agree to these terms. We facilitate transportation services provided by professional drivers.
Reservations must be made via our website. You will receive a booking reference upon confirmation. Please review your details carefully.
Cancellations are free of charge if made more than 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 1 hour prior to pickup will be charged the full fare.
We offer complimentary waiting time: 60 minutes for airport pickups (from actual flight arrival) and 15 minutes for all other pickups. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
Passengers must adhere to the luggage capacity of the booked vehicle. We reserve the right to refuse transport if luggage exceeds safety limits or was not declared.
Seat belts are mandatory. Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in our vehicles. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle.
