Do you offer airport meet & greet?

Yes. Add your flight number in the booking form so we can plan pickup timing.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. You can cancel from the Manage Booking page using your reference number.

Do you support hourly bookings with multiple stops?

Yes. Choose “Hourly” and add your itinerary in Notes.

How do I get an invoice?

Open your booking in Manage Booking and click “Open invoice”.

What services do you offer?

We provide private transfers, airport pickups (CDG, Orly, Beauvais), Disneyland transfers, and long-distance rides to destinations like Normandy.

Where do I meet my driver?

Your driver will be waiting at the customs exit with a sign displaying your name.

What if my flight is delayed?

We monitor your flight status. If there is a delay, your driver will adjust the pickup time automatically at no extra cost.

Are child seats available?

Yes, we provide baby and booster seats free of charge upon request. Please mention this in the booking notes.

How can I pay?

You can pay online or directly to the driver in cash or by credit card.

Are there hidden fees?

No. Our prices are fixed and all-inclusive. No extra charges for luggage or traffic.
